If the article is in a physical form it goes through Article Digitization, a process which involves scanning of physical papers. When the content has already been digitized, it will then go through Article Conversion. The monitored converted into searchable and structured text files, applying tags accordingly.

Converted articles are saved in an XML format, making it ready to be indexed into the client’s archive. After submission to the client, they can easily compile all information. In this manner, whenever a certain piece of information is needed, it will be more convenient for them to search for it in their archive. Now that’s a fast, easy & efficient way to monitor media.
